This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct prospecting through phone calls and emails.
• Qualify leads to develop a pipeline for Sales Representatives.
• Engage in proactive cold outreach to attract potential new customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales organization to enhance strategy and processes, providing insights on market trends and feedback to improve sales performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects.
• Proficient in English.
• Over 1 year of experience in lead generation or inside sales.
• Your experience in pipeline generation involves engaging prospects via email and phone calls leading to qualified meetings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and sales process training to effectively manage a pipeline to achieve and surpass team objectives.
• Knowledgeable about sales platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize with the challenges faced by various buyers.
• Capable of establishing clear value propositions that align buyer/user needs with the products and services offered.
• Thrives in a fast-paced setting and employs creativity when collaborating with team members to ensure smooth execution.
• 100% remote — available from anywhere in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Chile, as long as you can work in the PT, CT, or ET time zones.
