This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential healthcare clients
• Evaluate leads based on established criteria and direct opportunities accordingly
• Arrange appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Keep precise records of activities and leads within the CRM
• Follow up with incoming prospects to ensure prompt engagement
• Understand and communicate the company’s healthcare-oriented value proposition
• Work together with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates
• Background in sales, customer support, or appointment-setting roles
• Previous remote work experience, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates lacking prior remote work experience will not be considered
• Experience interacting with US or UK-based companies or clients
• Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort in engaging with prospects via phone
• Fundamental CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
