Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting efforts through phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Assess both inbound and outbound leads to pinpoint opportunities that are ready for sales.

• Inform prospects about SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech, and AI solutions.

• Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.

• Investigate target accounts and identify essential stakeholders.

• Keep precise records in the CRM and track pipeline activities.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) in a B2B setting.

• Previous remote work experience with proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates lacking prior remote work experience will not be considered.

• Experience engaging with US or UK-based companies.

• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and achieving quota targets.

• Familiarity with selling or supporting SaaS products.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Background in technology, cybersecurity, FinTech, or AI-driven platforms.

• Experience selling to technical or executive-level stakeholders.

• Understanding of account-based sales strategies.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

• Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar).

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Proficient in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace tools.
