This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Execute high-volume outbound cold calls and email outreach.
• Oversee inbound leads and transform them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Conduct thorough prospect research and account qualification.
• Schedule and manage sales appointments and product demonstrations.
• Regularly achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
• Keep CRM data organized and accurate.
• Offer insights on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies.
• Assist in the onboarding and mentoring of junior SDRs as needed.
• Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
• Previous remote working experience, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates lacking prior remote work experience will not be considered.
• Familiarity with US or UK-based companies.
• Proven success in both outbound and inbound sales efforts.
• Strong skills in objection handling and consultative selling.
• High degree of self-motivation and effective time management.
• Experience in mentoring or leading SDR teams.
