This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Pursue High-Volume Outbound initiatives by actively seeking new business through cold calling, tailored email campaigns, and social selling on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Perform discovery calls to assess prospects based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Clearly and compellingly communicate High Scale’s unique value proposition to secure demo calls.
• Collaborate closely with Sales VAs to pinpoint key stakeholders within targeted organizations.
• Observe buying signals to optimize the timing of your outreach efforts.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of your metrics using our CRM.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in SaaS or Agency settings is advantageous).
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• You are proactive in generating leads rather than waiting for them to come to you.
• Native or Near-Native proficiency in English is essential.
• Ability to engage in fluid, professional, and persuasive conversations with US-based executives over the phone.
• Strong listening skills, focusing on identifying pain points rather than waiting for an opportunity to speak.
• Eagerness for feedback and self-improvement.
• You record your calls and review them to identify areas for enhancement.
• Quick to adopt new tools and sales methodologies.
