This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Implement high-volume outbound strategies.
• Proactively seek new business through cold calling, tailored email sequences, and social selling on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Perform over 50 daily touchpoints to connect with decision-makers at DTC brands, addressing their challenges such as creative fatigue and scaling ad spend.
• Conduct discovery calls to evaluate prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Act as the gatekeeper—only forwarding high-quality opportunities to the Account Executives.
• Clearly and compellingly communicate High Scale's unique value proposition to schedule demo calls.
• Collaborate closely with Sales VAs to identify key stakeholders within targeted organizations.
• Keep an eye on buy signals (e.g., a brand that has recently secured Series B funding or is running outdated ads) to optimize the timing of your outreach.
• Monitor your performance metrics (dials, open rates, conversion rates) within our CRM.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in SaaS or Agency environments is advantageous).
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing quotas.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English is essential.
• Ability to engage in fluid, professional, and persuasive conversations with US-based executives over the phone.
• Excellent listening skills—you focus on identifying pain points rather than waiting for a pause to speak.
• Eager for feedback. You record your calls and review them to identify areas for improvement, and you quickly adopt new tools and sales methodologies.
