This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Execute high-volume outbound initiatives by relentlessly pursuing new business through cold calling, tailored email sequences, and social selling on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Engage decision-makers at direct-to-consumer brands with over 50 touchpoints daily, addressing their challenges such as creative fatigue and scaling ad spend.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects in alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Clearly and compellingly communicate High Scale’s unique value proposition to secure demo calls.
• Collaborate closely with Sales VAs to pinpoint key stakeholders within target organizations.
• Monitor buying signals (e.g., a brand that has just raised Series B funding or is running outdated advertisements) to time outreach effectively.
• Track metrics such as dials, open rates, and conversion rates within our CRM system.
• A/B test email subject lines and call scripts to continuously enhance your success rate.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, with SaaS or agency experience being advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Fluency in English is essential—native or near-native proficiency is required.
• Capable of maintaining fluid, professional, and persuasive conversations with executives based in the US.
• Excellent listening skills, focusing on identifying pain points rather than waiting for a pause to speak.
• Eagerness to receive feedback and willingness to be coached.
• Quick to adapt to new tools and sales methodologies.
