This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee and respond to incoming leads from enterprise, growth, and creator segments.
• Conduct initial qualification and discovery discussions with potential customers.
• Inform prospects about Higgsfield’s products, features, and applicable use cases.
• Identify key decision makers, business requirements, timelines, and opportunities for expansion.
• Organize and schedule follow-up calls, demonstrations, and product discussions.
• Ensure organized CRM management and accurate tracking of the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and product teams to gather customer insights and feedback.
• Assist with inbound conversion efforts across various global time zones.
• Facilitate pipeline advancement from initial inquiries to finalized revenue.
• 1–4 years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, recruiting, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to rapidly learn technical products and convey their value effectively.
• Experience with inbound lead funnels or high-volume customer interactions is preferred.
• Preferred experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
