This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with customers through various outbound methods while utilizing a Go-To-Market technology stack.
• Play a key role in developing strategies and best practices within our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
• Collaborate with our sales team to pinpoint, source, and schedule productive discussions with business owners, as well as marketing and sales executives.
• Exceed your sales targets and support your colleagues and the company's overall success.
• Recognize opportunities for personal growth and advancement within the revenue team at Hatch or elsewhere.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree and/or have 3 or more years of experience in outbound sales of SaaS solutions.
• Embrace a customer-centric sales philosophy.
• Have a mindset geared towards continuous learning.
• Excel in a dynamic start-up atmosphere.
• Be driven, persistent, and ambitious.
• Previous experience with service-oriented businesses (whether selling to or working within them) is a significant advantage.
