This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform outbound B2B cold calling to potential clients throughout U.S. markets.
• Assess prospects and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to foster relationships and stimulate interest.
• Ensure accurate and current documentation of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or surpass daily and weekly activity goals (calls, connections, appointments scheduled).
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and messaging.
• Actively contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Over 1 year of experience in B2B cold calling or setting appointments.
• Exceptional spoken English and strong verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated confidence and professionalism when engaging with business owners or executives.
• Experience with U.S.-based businesses is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of dialer tools (e.g., Aircall, PhoneBurner, or similar) and team communication platforms such as Slack.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a competitive spirit to achieve success.
• Availability to work night shifts in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
