This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for managing the top-of-funnel activities in the European hospitality market.
• Identification and research of target accounts (hotels, resorts, hospitality groups).
• Implementation of multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
• Qualification of inbound leads and scheduling discovery calls for the sales managers.
• Close collaboration with marketing to enhance lead generation and messaging.
• Maintenance and development of CRM data quality (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaboration with the leadership team to develop, validate, and scale repeatable sales playbooks.
• Providing feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
• Active contribution to a high-performing, positive, and collaborative sales culture.
• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in the SaaS environment, preferably in a startup or scale-up.
• Experience in sales to individual hotels and enterprise hotel chains, as well as independent hotels in the DACH region and Italy.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit – you want to contribute, not just execute.
• Comfortable handling uncertainty and changing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly numbers- and goal-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Curious, eager to learn, and growth-oriented – especially with an eye towards a closing role.
• Multilingual (fluent in German and English, Italian and other languages are a bonus).
• Entry at the founding level with significant growth potential.
