Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Perform market research to uncover new potential clients and leads.

• Implement a tailored outreach strategy that involves emailing, cold calling, and messaging via LinkedIn.

• Assess leads by understanding the prospect’s hiring approach and their specific recruiting requirements.

• Generate new business opportunities to enhance the company's revenue.

• Work alongside a dynamic and motivated team of highly skilled SDRs to achieve company objectives and celebrate team successes.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as needed based on business demands.

• The ability to adjust written and verbal communication styles for diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with AI tools and a keen interest in how to integrate them into your workflow.

• Experience in cold-calling and cold-emailing is a plus.
