This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engaging potential prospects through various channels, primarily cold calling, along with LinkedIn outreach, emails, and offline efforts.
• Evaluating prospects through consultative discussions utilizing BANT criteria.
• Developing and enhancing the top of our sales pipeline via outbound initiatives.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of our business solution and understanding our competitive positioning.
• Maintaining up-to-date information in HubSpot, our CRM, and leveraging insights to refine your outreach strategy.
• Working closely with our Account Executive to strategically identify high-potential accounts.
• Arranging and conducting discovery calls to assess prospects for a demo call with an Account Executive.
• Staying proactive with follow-ups, addressing objections, and nurturing leads throughout the sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• While we are open to candidates without experience who possess the drive and enthusiasm for a sales career, ideally, you should have experience selling to Learning and Development / HR buyer personas.
