This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of our technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends.
• Efficiently and effectively follow up on incoming leads.
• Employ a multi-channel strategy (email, social media, phone calls) to actively reach out to new leads within target accounts; our top Sales Development Representatives are confident and effective communicators over the phone.
• Utilize Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for managing leads and accounts as well as conducting research.
• Leverage research and data to prioritize and tailor outreach to target prospects and accounts through email and LinkedIn.
• Facilitate impactful discovery conversations to grasp users’ needs and objectives in order to provide them with suitable resources and explain how Grafana can assist them.
• Consistently achieve targets for new business opportunities and pipeline development.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to achieve collective success.
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Receptive to feedback and coaching, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Possess a clear and concise style of communication, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
• Willing and able to undertake any task, regardless of size, with a commitment to quality.
• Proactive and resourceful in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
