This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Create a qualified pipeline for the MAX sales team through organized outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Experiment, enhance, and customize outreach efforts based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), industry specifics, and use cases.
• Assess leads, pinpoint opportunities, and schedule meetings for the Business Account Executive.
• Maintain and regularly update the CRM (HubSpot) with a high level of accuracy.
• Contribute to outbound strategies and assist in marketing initiatives such as campaigns and events.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) or sales role focused on outbound prospecting.
• Exhibit confidence in cold outreach methods (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and demonstrate resilience when facing rejection.
• Have a background in working with B2B clients, preferably within SaaS, startups, or agencies.
• Be familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales automation platforms.
• Speak native French and have fluency in English.
