This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Qualifying incoming leads
• Initiating contact with potential clients
• Collecting comprehensive customer information
• Cultivating leads through consistent follow-up
• Arranging meetings with the relevant sales team members
• Keeping precise records in the CRM system
• Working collaboratively with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams
• 1-3 years of experience in technical sales; familiarity with fleet management and telematics is preferred, along with channel sales experience or knowledge being an advantage.
• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• Strong customer service focus with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective customers.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and methods for lead qualification, with the capability to tailor product presentations to partner needs and primary business objectives.
• Solid aptitude for grasping technical and business requirements, with the skill to convey technical solutions that address customer needs.
• Proficiency in using software applications, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Highly organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks and projects at once; possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable working in a flat organizational structure.
