This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads.
• Reach out to every new MQL and SQL within 5 minutes during business hours via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls.
• Conduct brief qualifying conversations using our discovery framework.
• Identify key signals and schedule qualified prospects for our account executives.
• Execute outbound prospecting sequences.
• Address common objections effectively.
• Ensure CRM data is maintained accurately.
• Share insights with both marketing and sales teams.
• Achieve weekly activity and outcome goals.
• 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales, ideally targeting U.S. or Western markets.
• Background in B2B technology, SaaS, or staffing/recruiting is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional spoken and written English — fluency is essential, not just proficiency.
• Confidence in phone communication.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.
• A self-starter attitude.
• A genuine interest in technology and understanding how companies grow.
• Fully remote — work from anywhere in the Philippines.
