This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with business owners to understand their objectives, answer inquiries, and offer funding solutions tailored to their business requirements.
• Excel in a high-volume auto-dialer setting, ensuring the ability to deliver impactful pitches consistently, whether it's the 1st or the 100th call of the day.
• Inform potential clients about our product, the submission process, and the benefits of our funding options.
• Foster a sense of urgency and provide clear calls-to-action to optimize submission rates.
• Monitor lead activities, statuses, and results in Salesforce.
• Work collaboratively with the Manager of Direct Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance the sales funnel.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement roles, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong follow-up skills and determination.
• Excellent phone etiquette, quick typing abilities, and effective written communication skills.
• Proficient with tools such as Dialpad, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• A metrics-oriented approach to work.
• Capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously, maintaining organization, and adhering to internal processes and protocols.
• Experience in application-based conversion processes (funding, insurance, etc.) is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
