This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage with business owners to evaluate their goals, answer inquiries, and offer funding solutions tailored to their business requirements.
• Excel in a high-volume auto-dialer setting, sustaining the energy to deliver compelling pitches on the 100th call of the day just as effectively as on the 1st.
• Inform prospects about our product offerings, the submission process, and the unique value proposition of our funding services.
• Foster a sense of urgency and provide clear calls-to-action to enhance submission volume.
• Monitor lead activity, status, and outcomes utilizing Salesforce.
• Work collaboratively with the Manager, Direct Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive improvements in the sales funnel.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement roles (experience in a high-volume environment is advantageous).
• Exceptional follow-up capabilities.
• Strong phone presence, quick typing skills, and effective written communication.
• Proficient in using tools such as Dialpad, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• A metrics-driven approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations, maintain organization, and adhere to internal processes and guidelines.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
