This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage with radiology practices with enthusiasm and confidence, showcasing the benefits of Floy.
• Assist in securing appointments at each radiology practice through cold calling and establish foundations for contract finalization.
• A rejection does not deter you; you maintain composure and persuasive skills during phone interactions.
• Demonstrate an ongoing eagerness to learn and a commitment to professional growth.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
• Consistently monitor your sales reporting and forecasting via Pipedrive (CRM) to assess your performance.
• Proficient in native-level German with strong English capabilities (C2).
• Background in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, medical technology, or healthcare sectors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying and convincingly explaining complex ideas.
• Ability to work autonomously in a structured and organized manner.
• Residing in the DACH region and comfortable operating within a flexible, fully remote work environment.
