This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Prospect and Qualify: Identify and engage potential leads through various outbound methods including email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.

• Own the First Impression: Create thoughtful and personalized outreach that resonates with each prospect's specific industry, challenges, and objectives.

• Take the First Meetings: Conduct discovery calls and initial meetings to comprehend the prospect’s needs, confirm fit, and guide them through the preliminary stages of the process until the opportunity can be transitioned to Sales.

• Leverage AI & ABM: Utilize AI-driven platforms and ABM tools for research, segmentation, and large-scale personalization.

• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Synchronize outreach strategies with ongoing campaigns and ensure a smooth lead transition.

• Track & Optimize: Assess performance through CRM data, refine messaging, and share insights with the team.

• Stay Curious: Continuously explore new techniques and tools to enhance engagement and conversion rates.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales, ideally within IoT, SaaS, or Telecom sectors.

• Demonstrated history of surpassing meeting or pipeline targets.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creating engaging and succinct outreach messages.

• Strong research abilities to identify decision-makers and key accounts.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and sales engagement tools.

• A data-driven approach with a blend of curiosity and creativity.

• Capability to work effectively in a global setting, accommodating various regions and time zones.

• A notable advantage: Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and AI-assisted prospecting.

• Advantageous: Sales training in Meddic, Spin Selling, or similar methodologies.
