This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, referrals, and industry events to create qualified sales opportunities.
• Establish and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified meetings and opportunities for Account Executives by executing high-volume, personalized outreach initiatives.
• Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine their suitability, urgency, purchasing potential, and alignment with ideal customer profiles.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, identify business challenges, and present the company’s solutions to spark interest and secure meetings.
• Keep accurate and current records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
• Conduct research on target accounts, industries, competitive landscapes, and key stakeholders to tailor outreach efforts and enhance conversion rates.
• Continuously refine messaging, outreach tactics, and prospecting workflows based on performance metrics and market feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure alignment on target accounts, campaign effectiveness, and revenue objectives.
• Collect and share insights from prospects regarding market trends, competitive offerings, customer challenges, and purchasing behaviors.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, business development, recruiting, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline generation targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
• Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple prospecting campaigns at once.
• Highly adaptable and eager to learn modern sales methodologies, with aspirations to progress into closing roles.
