This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Engage in proactive outreach within a designated territory through calls, emails, and social media interactions.
• Investigate target companies and pinpoint key decision-makers in the construction sector.
• Assess incoming leads generated from marketing initiatives and website inquiries.
• Perform initial discovery conversations to grasp business requirements, workflows, and potential compatibility.
• Arrange qualified meetings for Sales Representatives, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Keep precise records of prospects, activities, and pipeline data in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Conduct high-volume outreach while delivering thoughtful and personalized communication.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.
• Regularly achieve or surpass activity and pipeline generation objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development or a comparable outbound sales position within a SaaS or technology firm.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and functioning effectively in a high-activity setting.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (such as Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
• Knowledge of prospecting tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a dynamic startup environment.
