This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You will play a crucial role in developing our sales pipeline and business by consistently arranging high-quality meetings.
• Implement a well-established and effective sales process.
• Actively engage in the Sales Development Representative (SDR) training program.
• Generate leads that qualify for sales.
• Establish rapport with potential clients and adeptly identify their needs.
• Effectively handle a combination of leads sourced from marketing and those generated independently.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Display proficiency in your skills to navigate a clearly outlined career trajectory.
• A minimum of six months to two years of relevant sales experience is required; internship experience will be taken into account.
• Previous experience in cold calling is necessary.
• Knowledge of the UK business environment and experience selling to UK organizations is required.
• A positive mindset and a solutions-oriented approach are essential.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and listening abilities.
• Proven capability to build strong relationships and effectively manage rejection.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Exhibiting resilience, a strong work ethic, coachability, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a commitment to self-improvement.
