Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out new target accounts through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.

• Assess incoming leads generated by Marketing via web forms, events, content, and webinars.

• Determine needs, identify decision-makers, and evaluate product/service compatibility during initial contact with prospects.

• Arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives and Country Business Managers.

• Maintain and update commercial activity in the CRM, including leads, contacts, and opportunities.

• Partner with Marketing to enhance prospecting messages, email sequences, and campaigns.

• Monitor the achievement of activity and pipeline generation objectives using key performance indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of prior experience as an SDR/BDR or in B2B sales prospecting, preferably in the SaaS industry.

• Exceptional commercial communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email sequencing platforms.

• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on activity metrics.

• Resilience and capacity to manage rejection during cold outreach efforts.

• Ability to work 100% remotely.

• Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) sector or CAE.

• Prior experience in SaaS firms concentrating on document management or regulatory compliance.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

• Experience with qualification methodologies such as BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.

• Proven track record in prospecting international accounts or clients.
