This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify business opportunities by recognizing potential leads.
• Responsible for initiating sales calls to potential leads or clients.
• Generate new leads through cold calls and emails.
• Engage with prospects to comprehend their needs and determine how the client's solutions can enhance their freight forwarding operations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and account management teams to arrange meetings and product demonstrations for qualified leads.
• Persistently follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to cultivate their interest.
• Maintain precise records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SDR or sales and marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to clearly and concisely communicate ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (C1 level).
• Experience in client management is advantageous.
