This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients.

• Systematically research and manage leads.

• Maintain telephone communication with key stakeholders.

• Assess companies for compatibility, budget, contacts, and timelines.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers.

• Attend customer appointments on-site.

• Have initial experience in cold calling.

• Demonstrate structured work habits in CRM systems.

• Show interest in sustainability, digitalization, and the manufacturing sector.

• Exhibit an open and communicative personality, with reflective listening skills.
