This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Prospect Generation: Identify and investigate potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Outreach: Begin and manage impactful conversations with prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and various other channels.
• Educate and Qualify: Clearly convey our value proposition while understanding the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and optimize processes.
• Track and Optimize: Utilize CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, monitor performance, and adapt strategies based on data insights.
• Innovate: Propose fresh ideas for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies to improve outcomes.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience in an outsourcing firm is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals in a dynamic startup environment.
