This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Outreach: Begin and maintain meaningful conversations with prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Educate and Qualify: Clearly communicate our value proposition while assessing the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and optimize processes.
• Track and Optimize: Utilize CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, monitor performance, and adapt strategies based on analytics.
• Innovate: Propose new concepts for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies aimed at improving outcomes.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience in an outsourcing firm is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and outreach tools; capable of learning new systems and processes effortlessly.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced, startup environment.
