This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Prospect Generation: Identify and investigate prospective clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Outreach: Initiate and maintain meaningful interactions with prospects via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Educate and Qualify: Clearly convey our value proposition while assessing the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance processes.
• Track and Optimize: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, monitor performance, and adapt strategies based on data insights.
• Innovate: Propose new ideas for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies to improve outcomes.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience in an outsourcing firm is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; capable of learning new systems and processes with ease.
• A proactive attitude with a commitment to achieving and surpassing goals in a dynamic, startup environment.
• Comfortable with rejection and driven to iterate and improve based on constructive feedback.
