This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Identify and investigate potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Initiate and maintain impactful conversations with prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Effectively convey our value proposition while grasping the needs of prospective clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and streamline processes.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, monitor performance, and adapt strategies based on analytics.
• Propose innovative ideas for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies to improve results.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience with outsourcing firms is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; adept at learning new systems and processes swiftly.
• A proactive attitude with a dedication to achieving and surpassing goals in a dynamic startup environment.
