This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Prospect Generation: Identify and research potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Outreach: Begin and maintain meaningful dialogues with prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
• Educate and Qualify: Effectively communicate our value proposition while grasping the needs of potential clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and streamline processes.
• Track and Optimize: Utilize CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, monitor performance, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Innovate: Propose new concepts for lead generation, outreach initiatives, and strategies to improve outcomes.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience with outsourcing firms is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools; capacity to swiftly learn new systems and processes.
• A proactive attitude with a drive to meet and surpass goals in a dynamic startup setting.
• Resilient in the face of rejection, and eager to iterate and enhance based on feedback.
