This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Lead Generation: Identify and analyze potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
• Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful interactions with prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Educate and Qualify: Effectively convey our value proposition while assessing the needs of prospective clients, qualifying leads for the sales team.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and optimize processes.
• Monitoring and Improvement: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track performance, and refine strategies based on analytics.
• Innovation: Propose new ideas for lead generation, outreach initiatives, and strategies to improve outcomes.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience in outsourcing firms is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for quickly establishing rapport.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools; capable of easily learning new systems and processes.
• A proactive attitude with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals in a dynamic startup environment.
• Resilient in the face of rejection, and driven to iterate and enhance based on feedback.
