This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.
• Identify and investigate potential clients who align with our ideal customer profile.
• Engage and nurture meaningful discussions with prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and various other channels.
• Effectively communicate our value proposition while comprehending the needs of potential clients and qualifying leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies and optimize processes.
• Utilize CRM tools (such as HubSpot and Salesforce) to manage leads, monitor performance, and modify strategies based on analytics.
• Propose innovative ideas for lead generation, outreach campaigns, and strategies to improve overall results.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales (experience in an outsourcing firm is a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for quickly building rapport.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools; an aptitude for learning new systems and processes effortlessly.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving and surpassing goals in a dynamic, startup environment.
• Resilient in the face of rejection, and eager to iterate and improve based on constructive feedback.
