This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the U.S. and Canada.
• Assess and qualify leads to schedule high-quality appointments.
• Interact with decision-makers to facilitate meaningful sales discussions.
• Consistently achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, connections established, and appointments booked.
• Demonstrated experience in telesales, cold calling, or setting appointments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear or neutral accent.
• Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST), accommodating night shifts in Cairo.
• Confident, persuasive, and resilient when engaging in calls.
• Strong listening abilities and skills in handling objections.
• Technologically proficient; familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is preferred.
