This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Identify and assess potential clients through LinkedIn, Twitter, AngelList, Crunchbase, and other relevant startup databases.
• Create prospect lists and ensure lead records are kept current in the CRM system.
• Send tailored cold emails, direct messages on LinkedIn, and follow-up communications to initiate engagement.
• Conduct discovery calls and confidently present the company's services.
• Secure deals directly with interested clients and coordinate subsequent steps.
• Represent the company at pertinent online and offline events, conferences, and within tech communities.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent team to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood after handoff.
• Provide regular updates on progress to the COO/CEO and share field feedback to enhance offerings and messaging.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client-facing roles (preferably in tech, recruitment, or SaaS).
• Experience in selling developer outsourcing, freelance platforms, or tech talent solutions will be advantageous.
• A confident communicator with strong written English skills and experience in cold outreach and pitch calls.
• A self-motivated individual capable of managing a sales pipeline, following up consistently, and closing deals independently.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, or Trello) and prospecting tools (e.g., Hunter, Apollo, Clay, or Instantly).
• Salary of N300k Monthly net.
• Performance-based bonuses for deals closed.
