This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Schedule meetings through outbound prospecting using both automated and manual campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline objectives.

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure strong alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to enhance pipeline quality.

• Assist in developing and refining our outbound strategy by identifying and engaging with decision-makers.

• Create, manage, and optimize large-scale multi-channel outbound campaigns using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and others.

• Take ownership of the outbound process from comprehensive account research to securing qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

• Work alongside leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to boost conversion rates and outbound effectiveness.

• Effectively articulate compelling value propositions to technical buyers and stay updated with the latest product and service offerings.

• Remain informed about the most recent product, service, and offering details.

• Some travel may be necessary.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the SaaS industry, ideally with a focus on selling to technical buyers such as engineers, developers, DevOps, and data teams.

• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS B2B/cloud products or services.

• Proven track record of achieving and striving for results in an outbound lead generation setting.

• Experience handling multiple priorities and managing various tools or campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented and self-driven with the resilience to navigate challenges and accelerate sales performance.

• Capacity to exercise a high level of autonomy and sales authority while maintaining excellent organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
