This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Schedule meetings through outbound prospecting via both automated and manual campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline goals.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to enhance pipeline quality.
• Assist in developing and refining our outbound strategy by identifying and engaging decision-makers.
• Create, manage, and optimize large-scale multi-channel outbound campaigns utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, etc.
• Take ownership of the outbound process from detailed account research to securing qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to boost conversion rates and outbound effectiveness.
• Effectively articulate compelling value propositions to technical buyers while staying updated on the latest product and service information.
• Remain informed about the latest offerings, products, and services.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in SaaS, ideally with experience selling to technical buyers such as engineers, developers, DevOps, and data teams.
• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS B2B/cloud products or services.
• Proven track record of achieving results in an outbound lead generation setting.
• Experience handling multiple priorities and managing various tools or campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude with the determination to overcome challenges and accelerate sales efforts.
• Capacity to operate with a high degree of autonomy and sales authority while maintaining exceptional organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
