This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Schedule meetings through outbound prospecting via both automated and manual campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure strong alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback mechanisms to enhance pipeline quality.
• Assist in developing and refining our outbound strategy by identifying and engaging with decision-makers.
• Create, manage, and optimize large-scale multi-channel outbound campaigns utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and more.
• Take ownership of the outbound process from comprehensive account research to guaranteeing that qualified meetings are successfully scheduled for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to boost conversion rates and outbound effectiveness.
• Assist Regional GTM & Marketing initiatives across both digital and onsite formats.
• Effectively communicate persuasive value propositions to technical buyers while staying up-to-date with the latest product and service offerings.
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest products, services, and offerings.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in Cloud, ideally with a focus on selling to technical decision-makers such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or Heads of DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience selling SaaS B2B or cloud products or services.
• Proven track record of achieving and striving for results in an outbound lead generation setting.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and juggling various tools or campaigns in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude with the resilience to overcome challenges and accelerate sales velocity.
• Ability to exercise a high level of autonomy and sales authority while maintaining excellent organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Swedish, German, or Dutch is advantageous.
