This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Schedule meetings through outbound prospecting utilizing both automated and manually-driven campaigns to meet daily and monthly pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure strong alignment on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops to enhance pipeline quality.
• Assist in developing and refining our outbound strategy by identifying and engaging with decision-makers.
• Create, manage, and optimize large-scale multi-channel outbound campaigns using various tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, and more.
• Take ownership of the outbound process from comprehensive account research to securing qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance messaging, call scripts, and multi-channel outreach strategies to boost conversion rates and outbound efficiency.
• Provide support for Regional GTM & Marketing initiatives across both digital and onsite formats.
• Effectively communicate compelling value propositions to technical buyers and keep up-to-date with the latest product and service offerings.
• Remain informed about the latest product/service offerings.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
• 1–3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in the Cloud sector, ideally with a background in selling to technical decision-makers such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or Heads of DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS B2B or cloud-based products or services.
• Proven track record of achieving and striving for results in an outbound lead generation setting.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and balancing various tools or campaigns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the resilience to overcome challenges and accelerate sales efforts.
• Ability to exercise a high degree of autonomy and sales authority while maintaining strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Swedish, German, or Dutch is an advantage.
