This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• You will join a new team that is in the midst of an intensive product development phase for ZnanyLekarz Terapia - you will have a tangible impact on its scaling and how psychological support is accessed by thousands of patients through: initial phone contact with psychologists and psychotherapists (a mix of cold and warm leads) - preliminary selection: verifying whether the client's profile matches the product, gauging interest in the product, and scheduling a video meeting with the salesperson.
• Diligent management of data within the CRM system (HubSpot) and utilization of the telephony system (TalkDesk).
• Daily work following a consistent rhythm, involving numerous conversations with clients and efficient lead handling.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role or in telephone sales - practical experience is valued over the number of years listed in a CV.
• Ability to work with KPIs and achieve set goals.
• Understanding of B2C client needs and the ability to tailor approaches to different audience groups.
• A talent for asking insightful questions and effectively assessing client needs.
• A proactive sales approach focused on building relationships, avoiding aggressive sales techniques.
• Employment contract or B2B agreement (initially a 3-month trial period, with a possibility of transitioning to a permanent position thereafter).
• A basic salary of 5800 PLN gross plus an additional performance-based bonus system.
