Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop new business prospects through proactive outreach via email, phone, and social media channels.

• Recognize and assess potential clients by understanding their needs and challenges.

• Arrange product demonstrations for qualified leads with Account Executives.

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies.

• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly objectives for qualified meetings and pipeline development.

• Keep precise and current records in our CRM system.

• Engage in regular sales training and opportunities for professional growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales development or similar inbound & outbound commercial role in a SAAS/Tech industry is preferred.

• Residing in Australia with prior experience in the Australian market.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team setting.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning.

• Ability to work independently and source solutions autonomously.

• Proven history of meeting and surpassing targets in a quota-carrying position.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is advantageous.

• You are intelligent and diligent.

• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong growth orientation.

• You have a talent for crafting email copy and sequence campaigns that drive conversions.

• You are versatile and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• You are a proactive relationship builder who can collaborate with both internal and external teams to enhance processes and communication workflows.

• Experience in an HR or Fintech company is preferred.

• Background in a rapidly growing startup is preferred.

• Prior successful experience working in a remote and distributed team setting is preferred.
