This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) will engage in prospecting, educating, qualifying, and nurturing both target account leads and inbound marketing leads to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities.
• This role encompasses penetrating target markets, reaching out to C-suite executives and front-line managers, utilizing social media, following up on marketing-generated leads, engaging in webinar and event follow-ups, executing creative campaigns, door opener outreach, and more.
• Daily interactions with prospects will occur through various channels such as telephone, video calls, LinkedIn, and email.
• Conduct account research, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop accounts to foster opportunities.
• Allocate opportunities to the relevant sales representatives while educating each rep about the opportunity as needed.
• Skillfully manage and address prospect objections with assurance.
• Provide feedback in a closed-loop manner to guarantee ongoing process improvement.
• Foster professional relationships, both internally and externally, that align with our core values and company culture.
• A 4-year college degree along with 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales development, involving substantial outreach to customers and/or sales prospects.
• A natural inclination to connect, converse, and communicate with new individuals without apprehension of rejection, understanding that many may decline or may not be ready to engage yet.
• A high degree of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in phone-based sales and customer service techniques.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn the intricacies of professional sales.
• A desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment and a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation.
• The discipline to sustain high levels of activity.
• A competitive mindset aimed at achieving set goals.
• Familiarity with MS Office Applications, Salesforce.com, and LinkedIn is advantageous.
