This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Qualify, engage, educate, and develop a significant volume of inbound and outbound leads to advance prospects further in Cribl’s sales pipeline.
• Efficiently assess and qualify inbound marketing leads in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Create sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives based on Cribl’s qualification standards.
• Research potential new accounts, identify key personas, add contacts and emails, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
• Utilize learned sales techniques to enhance customer interactions, providing a high-level introduction effectively.
• Employ strong selling and influencing abilities to understand and uncover customer needs and business challenges, effectively demonstrating how Cribl can address them.
• Consistently log, track, and maintain Salesforce records according to Cribl’s lead to opportunity flow process.
• Accurately allocate leads and meetings through discovery to designated sales executives.
• Regularly meet meeting quotas to ensure the achievement of territory revenue and growth goals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and participate in customer meetings as necessary.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and local trade shows to stay updated with technological advancements.
• Work directly with the marketing team to drive ongoing improvements in lead quality conversion rates and pipeline development.
• This position may require occasional travel.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience in prospecting.
• Familiarity with relevant systems, particularly Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business and technical acumen.
• Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Capability to comprehend customer needs and effectively match them with a successful product sale.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in lead generation or sales prospecting, along with a college degree, will enhance your candidacy for this position.
