This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach directed at targeted prospects.

• Assess and qualify leads according to ideal customer profiles and established criteria.

• Schedule qualified appointments and manage calendars for senior leadership.

• Keep accurate and current information in the CRM, including call notes, lead statuses, and follow-up timelines.

• Investigate companies and contacts to tailor outreach and enhance conversation success rates.

• Cultivate early-stage leads through consistent follow-up communication.

• Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly activity and appointment-setting objectives.

• Partner with the NSS team to improve outreach scripts, targeting strategies, and messaging.

• Offer feedback on lead quality, objections encountered, and trends observed during outreach activities.

• Represent the company with professionalism, showcasing strong communication and relationship-building abilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales prospecting, lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.

• Proven success in scheduling appointments or generating qualified leads for a sales pipeline.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in making high-volume outbound inquiries daily.

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Outstanding time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.

• Capacity to manage rejection with resilience, professionalism, and persistence.

• Self-driven with a strong ambition to exceed performance standards.

• Background in B2B prospecting or professional services.

• Familiarity with the insurance, claims, or financial services sectors (not required but advantageous).

• Ability to create engaging outreach messages across various channels.

• Understanding of cold-calling scripts and best practices in pipeline management.
