This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Execute multichannel outbound campaigns utilizing phone, email, landing pages, and social media to enhance awareness and generate demand among enterprise and mid-market accounts.

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and customers to effectively communicate how we can satisfy their needs in straightforward terms.

• Assess leads in accordance with our ideal customer profile and meticulously document each opportunity prior to transferring it to an Account Executive.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to refine and enhance our outbound strategy.

• Maintain our CRM system in an organized and up-to-date manner, reporting your activities on a weekly basis.

• Establish your objectives at the beginning of each quarter and ensure they align with the direction of the business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to quickly establish rapport.

• Background in B2B SaaS or technology sales, or in another customer-facing capacity.

• Confidence in reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and social platforms.

• A natural curiosity that enables you to quickly learn about new products, tools, and industries.

• An organized and detail-oriented approach, coupled with genuine comfort using CRM systems.

• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong team-first attitude.

• A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with structured sales qualification methodologies such as ICP and SPICED (preferred).

• Understanding of the mining or resources sector (preferred).
