This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Conduct research to identify target accounts within capital-intensive sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy, and utilities.
• Perform high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark interest and schedule meetings.
• Evaluate inbound marketing leads for qualification.
• Keep precise records of activities and pipeline management in Salesforce.
• Create messaging that addresses industry challenges and aligns with buyer personas.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and account strategies.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly targets for activity and meetings.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly driven, competitive, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in proactive prospecting.
• Open to coaching and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
