Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for generating top-of-funnel sales opportunities for the sales team by identifying and qualifying business prospects.

• Handle a substantial volume of interactions, including emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and phone calls, aiming to schedule meetings with qualified customers to discuss our offerings.

• Thoroughly assess our sales process and services to provide insights on what appeals to customers and what does not.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure success in the later stages of the sales process and to refine lead generation efforts based on won and lost deals.

• Experiment and adapt to create compelling, personalized introductions for customers that clearly explain our services.

• Oversee sales lead data in Salesforce to enhance visibility and optimize lead generation efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales development.

• A demonstrated history of sales achievements in technology companies, whether large or small.

• A genuine enthusiasm for the products we create, with a solid understanding of APIs, data, and web technologies.

• Basic familiarity with sales tools (such as Salesforce and advanced email automation platforms).
