This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture new leads from both marketing initiatives and outbound campaigns (inbound and outbound).
• Conduct research on various industries to identify prospects, personas, and stakeholders for lead generation.
• Reach out to potential prospects and personas through cold calls and emails in global markets.
• Introduce AGARA and its Voice AI solutions to potential clients.
• Quickly assess and identify the needs and goals of prospects, suggesting how AGARA can assist by articulating relevant benefits, case studies, and KPIs as necessary.
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with prospects throughout the prospecting process and beyond.
• Actively research industry and company trends to discover new business opportunities for AGARA’s Voice AI solutions in global markets.
• Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings or calls between prospective customers and the Sales team.
• Provide regular updates to Sales regarding pipeline status and outcomes.
• Manage multiple threads with various customers across different geographies and time zones to advance leads.
• Sustain and enhance the frequency of outreach efforts with the primary aim of maintaining and developing a robust pipeline.
• Keep the CRM system updated with leads and activities.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Experience in North American markets.
• Proficient in various sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social media outreach.
• Willingness and ability to work in the US time zone.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, extensive internet research, and other prospecting tools.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion abilities.
• Capable of delivering engaging presentations and initial demonstrations to advance leads.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Familiarity with sales and prospecting metrics.
• The company will provide tools and cover expenses for calling.
