This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Propel inbound sales growth and discover new leads primarily through an inbound client strategy.

• Highlight the advantages of our SaaS Source Code Escrow platform while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Counsel customers on possible solutions and cultivate robust relationships through exceptional customer support.

• Draft email sequences and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Identify and reach out to new leads via inbound channels, following up through email or phone.

• Conduct A/B testing on various methods to enhance results and boost conversion rates.

• Perform online platform demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and features of our products.

• Develop and negotiate offers to secure deals with prospective customers.

• Upsell to existing customers by recognizing additional value and advantages.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales position, with a demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing targets.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and address customer challenges and provide effective solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms and tools.

• Effective time management skills: Capability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize to meet deadlines and targets.

• Positive outlook: Ability to collaborate well within a team, adapt to changes, and perform under pressure.

• Enjoy conducting online demonstrations.

• Experience engaging with a diverse range of companies and industries.
